By accepting these conditions while registering you (the user)

The portal of Kshatriya marriage is made only for the Kshatriyas so that help can be provided in the society (Kshatriya = Rajput). For this, you cannot pressurize Kshatriya marriage because it is a work done for social help.
In a Kshatriya marriage, one account per person can be created only once.
Even if your information is complete, the final decision will be of Kshatriya marriage whether your registration will be valid or not.
If you have hatred towards Kshatriya marriage or want to spoil it or you repeatedly give wrong information, then you can always be blocked from Kshatriya marriage.
To create your account, your personal information and your identity proof such as Aadhar card information are taken and your account is verified. Your mobile number, identity proof and your personal information are stored on our website.
Your account is verified before activation, if there is an error or deficiency in your information, then your account will not be approved.
If even after the acceptance of registration, if your information is found to be false, then at any time your registration from Kshatriya marriage will be canceled and you cannot pressurize us for this. If you think this happened by mistake then you can contact us via email, still the final decision will be of Kshatriya marriage website.
You may not share or sell any other member’s resume or personal information to any group/whatsapp group/or any organization or any person without the permission of Kshatriya Sansthan. In such a situation, the whole responsibility will be yours, on which the person concerned or Kshatriya marriage will be eligible to take action against you.
You will respect every member and their privacy. No misbehavior, no malice, will not break their privacy, otherwise you will be your own responsibility.
Kshatriya Marriage allows you to upload your own or your Banna’s or Baisa’s information or bio-data, so post the correct information only. If the information is incorrect, it will be your own responsibility
Kshatriya marriage does not take the responsibility or guarantee of any member or relation, it is your responsibility to proceed after checking the member or relation at your level. Kshatriya marriages are just a medium of sharing information.
In case your account is not approved, you can not pressurize Kshatriya marriage, you can get information through email to us. If the information is incorrect, the registration of the registered member can also be canceled at any time.
If you share your contact number in information or bio-data, then it is your responsibility to call someone there for your information, Kshatriya marriage is not responsible to stop your phone calls or messages.
Instead of giving your own number, try to give the number of your family member (especially girls), so that the privacy of your contact number is maintained. If you get a call, you will be responsible for this because you are posting it in the resume.
You are solely responsible for sending out or giving to anyone the information or bio-data of any member available on Kshatriya marriage or their photos and for doing so you can be taken legal action. Please pay attention to the privacy of each member.
If you want to remove your registration from Kshatriya marriage, then you are free for this, but this process may take 30 to 50 days, till then you can join us and get information about it. (The 30 to 50 day period is due to website maintenance and excessive data which may take time to locate and help you.

Related to relation

To find the relationship, you should act at your discretion and proceed only after doing your own investigation. Kshatriya marriages are only a means of conveying each other’s information to you, we do not give any guarantee of getting the relationship done nor the guarantee of the relationship being shown. While posting the information or bio-data of BISA, give the contact number of parents or any family member in the contact number so that it maintains the privacy of BISA and does not disturb them.

Terms & Conditions related to Aadhaar card

Aadhaar card is taken only to check your identity, apart from this there is no use of your Aadhaar card.
Your identity is created by your Aadhaar card number and through this no one can create your account using your Aadhaar card number, such security has been given and no one can create your fake account through this.
This is a complete social platform, so you will cooperate understanding this.
No OTP is taken by Kshatriya marriage so that there is any chance of misuse of your Aadhaar card.
Apart from Kshatriya Vivah portal, anyone takes Aadhaar card either in the name of Kshatriya Vivah, then Kshatriya Vivah does not take responsibility for it.
If you want to register without Aadhaar card, you can get your resume posted with the help of coordinator, because no pressure was given to upload Aadhaar card, you can get your resume posted without account coordinator.

I Accept

I have uploaded my Aadhaar card on the portal of Kshatriya marriage with my wish and belief, no pressure was done for this. Since I have registered my number with Aadhaar card, I am not afraid of its misuse and if there is any misuse, I will go to the official website of Aadhaar card and first check that by whom this misuse was done.
