This Refund Policy applies to all paid membership plans and digital services offered on our platform.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to this policy.

1. Nature of Service

Kshatriya Vivah provides:

• Online matrimonial profile listing
• Profile visibility services
• Membership-based features

These are digital services only, not physical goods.

2. No Guarantee Policy

We do NOT guarantee:

• Marriage or matchmaking success
• Response from other users
• Relationship outcomes

Payments are only for platform access and maintenance.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

Duplicate payment made accidentally
Technical error due to payment gateway failure
Amount deducted but service not activated

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

Change of mind after purchase
User did not use the service
User dissatisfaction with matches or responses
Subscription already activated and used

5. Refund Request Process

6. Refund Processing Time

If approved:

• Refund will be processed within 7–14 working days
• Amount will be returned to original payment method

7. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel subscription anytime, but:

• Access will continue till expiry date
• No partial refund for remaining days

9. Fraud Protection
